A little bit about me:
As you have probably deduced from viewing my website or social media, yes, I’m a photographer based out of Atlanta, GA. I do love to travel, so please don’t let my location hinder you from reaching out.
I married my husband in April of 2015- he’s the one who encouraged me to pursue professional photography in 2016 and to return to it recently. We have two dogs that have never stopped looking like puppies to me, and one mischievous flame-point siamese cat. The 1930s house we all live in has become an integral part of our personalities at this point- we’ve been renovating it all on our own since 2014, a true labor of love (emphasis on labor).
Some fun facts: I was born in sunny, southern California and lived there for most of my childhood before moving to Georgia- “California roots, Georgia wings” I like to think. My goal for 2023 is to learn how to silversmith and handcraft turquoise jewelry- which I’m obsessed with. Lastly, I started shooting on thrifted, film cameras long before I picked up my first digital camera.
A little bit about my work:
Photography brings me so much joy, and I’m so thankful that this gift allows me to bring joy to others as well.
To put it as simply as I can: I strive to create beautiful images every single time I lift my camera by searching for rich light in locations I have previously scouted, and by planning and communicating well. I primarily shoot digitally, but I love the colors seen in film and you’ll see them in my finished work- those colors have my heart.
If you feel we could be kindred spirits, I’d love to connect with you and discuss whatever season of your life you are currently in or are anticipating, and how I can help you celebrate it, document it, and treasure it forever.
